	Anthony Bates - Founder Anthony brings over 10 years extensive recruitment experience working in both Executive search and Enterprise Corporate environments. Anthony's most recent experience includes Microsoft Canada where he is responsible for recruiting across Microsoft's 'Cloud' product platform and Evangelist groups. Other companies he has worked for include Royal Bank of Canada, where he recruited within the IT Applications and IT Capital Markets Divisions. During this time he also worked on various projects including Campus initiatives and training programs related to effective e-sourcing technologies. As an Executive Recruiter for Korn Ferry Futurestep he specialized in the IT and Investment Banking industries. Anthony studied at Sheridan College in IT Operating Systems.
	Ted Pierni - Director of Operations Ted's professional background is in Talent Acquisition within corporate environments. With over 10 years experience he started his corporate recruitment career as Recruitment Manager with Crowne Plaza and later joined BOC Canada as the National Bilingual Recruitment Manager. At AMEX, Ted was instrumental in re-engineering the recruiting processes and developed recruitment strategies for their Mexican organization. In Canada, he managed in excess of 1,200 new hires annually across all lines of AMEX businesses. Ted also successfully managed Ceridian Talent Acquisition Practice's (CTAP) recruitment team which involved overseeing Ceridian's largest accounts. Finally, and most recently he was RPO Solutions manager for Head2Head and launched the RPO & RPOLite business practice for Canada. In addition Ted holds a Bachelor of Commence degree in Marketing and International Business from Concordia University, along with a Human Resources Certificate from Centennial College and is a Registered Certified Recruiter (RCR).
	Jered Seward - Director of Technology Jered has over 20 years of technology experience covering network architecture, security, application development, and consults in web presence and development. Jered has worked at organizations including Ontario Securities Commission, Smart Technologies, Careermove, and Advanced Measurements, the technology division of Key Energy, North America's largest land-based oil well services provider. Jered attended the University of Toronto, Soutern Alberta Institute of Technology, and Athabasca University.
